Rules for using InstaMap

InstaMap helps you track items, organize teams, keep wishlists, scan packages, and buy, sell, or trade. You must keep your account safe. Use correct details in listings, messages, and changes you suggest for the catalog.

Do not give false details about items, harass people, get around blocks, upload content that breaks the law, or stop the app from working. We may check market chats and reports to keep people safe, prevent fraud, and enforce the rules.

An admin checks changes to the Hot Wheels catalog. Your edits are suggestions until an admin approves them. Data you import or add must name its source and follow the source’s rights.

Team owners and admins control member access, market rules, and team billing. Your plan and usage limits may cap scans, team members, item count, or photo storage.

Family plans & child accounts. A Family plan lets a parent or guardian make and manage child accounts. By adding a child, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian. You agree to their use of InstaMap and are responsible for what they do. Child protections turn off messages, hide market prices, and require your approval for purchases.
